Would you like to start a business, a side hustle, become self-employed or a freelancer?

The EnRich course, will provide you with 12 hours of knowledge, skills and support to start you on your journey and improve your employability skills.   

The course is free to attendees. 

When and Where

The course will run on the following days (location to be advised): 

Monday 5th and Tuesday 6th December 2022 

Monday 6th and Tuesday 7th March 2022 

Day 1 will be at City Campus, Worcester Business School and Day 2 will be at the Hive 

The course will also provide signposting to other start-up support and grants in the county with guest speakers from Worcestershire Business Central, Chamber of Commerce and the Business and IP Centre from the Hive.

Email enrich@worc.ac.uk to receive an enrolment form either electronically or in hard copy (enrolment forms must be signed in hard copy and posted back to the University).

Eligibility

To enrol on the course you must have;

-       A Worcestershire postcode

-       A completed, signed and returned enrolment form

-       Commitment to 12 hours of engagement with the course

If you are ready now to discuss a new or existing business idea or would like some advice and guidance on areas such as marketing, planning or the legal aspects of setting up a business, please email enrich@worc.ac.uk and we can arrange for a 1:1 mentoring session with one of our Entrepreneur in Residence team members.  

(Non-disclosure of business ideas can be put in place if you require)

Mentoring and drop-in sessions will be offered to all attendees of the EnRich Course and the final session will also cover current grants and further support available in Worcestershire through our partners at Worcestershire County Council and Worcestershire Business Central.

Please note all attendees who complete the 12 hours will receive a University of Worcester Certificate of Completion
