The University recognises that its continuing success is dependent to a great extent on the individual performance of each member of its staff, and this is often related to the health and general well-being of the individual.

Health and wellbeing

Good health depends on a combination of both physical and mental well-being and therefore it seeks to maintain a healthy and safe working environment by setting policies and procedures that are designed to support the health and well-being of all its employees. The University is committed to encouraging staff and students to live healthier lifestyles.

The University has signed up to Worcestershire Works Well and has reached level 2 accreditation.  It aims to reach level 3 by August 2021.  We have begun to collect baseline data on student and staff wellbeing.
