Health and wellbeing

The University is committed to encouraging staff and students to live healthier lifestyles and to maintain their wellbeing

Many employers suggest that being fit for work is important. However, the University realises that the wellbeing of both its staff and students is critical to individuals' success and securing a healthy future.

Health and Wellbeing is concerned with all aspects of your life; both within and outside of the work/study environment. What you eat and drink, how you sleep, your physical and mental wellbeing are all important to ensure you can get the most out of your life. Even a single small change in just one area can improve your health and the University is looking to work with you to help make these small changes.
