Fees and finance

In these pages you will find information on fees, loans and financial support, so you can work out how much it will cost to come to university and what help is available.

While you are studying at Worcester, you will need to pay annual tuition fees to us. You will also need to consider other expenses such as living costs, accommodation fees and study materials.

A wide range of financial support is available to help you cover the cost of your studies, throughout the duration of your course.

Tuition fees are reviewed annually and undergraduate tuition fees usually increase in line with inflation.

EU students

Since August 2021 EU students studying in England have not been eligible for the home rate for course fees, or undergraduate, postgraduate and advanced learner financial support from Student Finance England. However, at the University of Worcester we have decided that EU students starting their studies in the academic years 2023/24 and 2024/25 will pay the same course fees as home students (with the exception of the Medicine MBChB and PGCE students who are in receipt of a DFE bursary).

Irish nationals, EU students who have settled or pre-settled status, or EU, other EEA and Swiss nationals benefitting from Citizens’ Rights under the EU Withdrawal Agreement, EEA EFTA Separation Agreement or Swiss Citizens’ Rights Agreement respectively remain eligible for the home rate of course fees and support from Student Finance England.

Eligibility for home fees is subject to various criteria. For more information, and to confirm your eligibility, please contact our International team via international@worc.ac.uk
