Our Welcome Festival 2023 is a mix of live events, academic inductions and social opportunities

Welcome Festival events re-location 20 September

Activities, due to take place in the marquees at City Campus as part of the Welcome Festival on Wednesday 20 September, have been re-located to St John’s Campus due to the high winds forecast.

All scheduled activities will still go ahead at the planned times, but will now be at St John’s Campus.

What happens at the Welcome Festival?

The Welcome Festival is for new and returning students. These first few weeks on campus will help you settle in, find your way around and prepare you for university life. We are running events for everyone, from quiet on-campus meet ups, vintage clothing stalls and film nights, as well as Clubs and Societies Fairs.
