Our fully qualified and experienced staff offer you a warm welcome in a safe supportive exercise environment.

Whether you are just getting started or looking to improve your fitness, our staff are there to support and advise you.

We can offer you a variety of programmes in our light and spacious fitness and exercise suite, equipped with top of the range cardiovascular and resistance equipment suitable for all ages and abilities.

You can also take advantage of specialist sessions run by our qualified instructors specifically for mature individuals, those suffering from long term conditions such as diabetes and those recovering from cardiac and other serious conditions. Bespoke individual programmes are also available.
