With one of the best graduate employment records in the country, our students leave us not just with a degree, but with the skills, experience and confidence to succeed in their chosen careers.

Our graduates go on to excel in a wide range of industries, from education and healthcare to business, sport and the creative arts. Many have started their own successful businesses or progressed to postgraduate study.

First for Jobs

Outstanding graduate outcomes

We are proud to be ranked 1st in the UK for sustained employment and/or further study five years after graduation (excluding specialist institutions) in the 2024 Government-published Longitudinal Educational Outcomes data. Our graduates don’t just find jobs – they build successful, long-term careers.

Additionally, 96.5% of our graduates are in work or further study within 15 months of finishing their degree (Graduate Outcomes Survey 2023). This places Worcester among the very best universities in the UK for employability.
