Niamh is working with West Mercia Police as an Intelligence Data Handler following her graduation. Niamh joined the University of Worcester as a second-year student, after leaving a university where she was deeply unhappy and unmotivated.

Over the course of the two years, Niamh turned her grades around and has overcome challenges she would have never believed were possible.

However, Niamh states that she could not have done it without the invaluable support and encouragement from my lecturers, but especially her tutors, Amy Johnson and librarian, Kathryn Devine.

Without their guidance and motivation, Amy feels she would never have believed she would be finishing university with a first-class degree and starting her dream job of working with West Mercia Police as an Intelligence Data Handler.
