Applying for a Masters by Research

It differs from a taught MA or MSc course by placing particular emphasis on a large research thesis and fewer taught modules.

We have one entry point in the year for the MRes programme, this is usually in September. We encourage applicants to apply as early as possible to allow time for your application to be processed.
