Jennifer has worked on a number of research projects using both quantitative and qualitative approaches, including interviews, focus groups and observations. She has also had experience of service evaluation, in particular formative, process, and summative evaluation. Jennifer has recently undertaken social return on investment training to enable her to carry out impact evaluation. Jennifer also has experience of assisting with rapid evidence reviews and Delphi studies.
