Cate is a Chartered Psychologist who joined the University of Worcester in 2023 as a Research Fellow, following a 12-year career in research and evaluation consultancy during which she worked with a range of national and regional public sector organisations and charities. Her current work is focused on qualitative evaluation methods, coproduction, theory of change, NHS workforce development, and health inequalities.
