Assura, Designing for Everyone environmental assessment toolkit for primary care premises

The suite of tools, which includes easy read versions, is available free to download via the Dimensions website.

Care Fit for VIPS

Care Fit for VIPS is a free, online toolkit to help care homes improve the quality of their dementia care. You can find more information about it here.

CHARM manual to help care homes conduct research

The CHARM Framework Manual and an associated library of resources are available here.

Crossing the Line website and booklets

The Caring Help website created from the Crossing the Line project provides information to support family carers providing personal care to people living with dementia. It contains a series of 15 booklets as well as short video clips from family carers sharing their experiences and tips about what has helped them.
