From short courses to postgraduate qualifications, our provision is designed to respond quickly to central and local initiatives and aims to meet the needs of schools and professionals working in education and training.

Our programmes can be tailored to the needs of your group or organisation, and delivered at the University or at a venue of your choice.

Our practice based workshops in Primary Education have been designed to support your professional development and provide a forum to reflect and share good practice.

French and Spanish Secondary TSST Programmes 2019 - Funded by the DfE 

We offer a range of Subject  Knowledge Enhancement courses. These are designed to help you develop and enhance your subject knowledge.

School Leaders

Early Headship Development Programme

For newly appointed head teachers securing the best way forward is not always straightforward. You can, at times, feel isolated as the eyes of the community (teachers, students, parents, governors…) turn to you for your leadership.

The University of Worcester School Effectiveness team have created a supportive development programme that will scaffold you to ‘grow’ into the role of Head Teacher.
