Barbara is Senior lecturer in HRM and Organisational Behaviour and holds a PhD in Applied Social and Economic Research (University of Essex). She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy with over 10-years teaching and research experience at different UK universities.

Barbara is interested in organisational research, in particular, her research focusses on employee’s engagement, job satisfaction, wellbeing at work, and turnover. Her research expertise lies in the quantitative area (survey methodology, inferential statistical analysis, panel data analysis).

Barbara teaches mainly postgraduate and DBA students on a variety of subjects, like research methods, managing across cultures, IHRM. Barbara is also supervising and examining research students at various levels (UG/PG/DBA/PhD).
