Catriona is the College Director for Learning, Teaching and Quality for the Schools of Art, Education and Humanities. Working closely with Heads of Schools and School Senior Management Teams, Catriona leads and supports the implementation of University strategy, regulations and policy related to learning, teaching and quality management across the College. She supports curriculum development and strives to achieve positive impact on student outcomes, satisfaction and engagement, as well as disseminating and establishing best practice.

Prior to joining the University of Worcester, Catriona was an Assistant Head Teacher, Acting Deputy Head Teacher and class teacher within the primary school sector. Her subject specialisms were music and mathematics and she coordinated these whilst in school. Catriona secured a Leading Aspect Award for raising awareness of racial equality and cultural diversity in a local primary school whilst Assistant Head.
