When you visit us there’s so much for you to do - explore our campuses, hear from our lecturers and current students, get support on your personal statement and meet admissions staff and student support teams. We’ve put together a selection of useful information and resources for your visit.

On the day 

The Open Day will run from 10am-3pm. Once you’ve checked in, you’ll be able to spend as long as you like exploring our campuses, facilities, and you can speak to our student support teams at your leisure. For more information please see our Open Day Programme.

How you can get involved

  1. Meet our lecturers and current students - chat with lecturers and find out from our students what it’s like to be a student at Worcester. 
  2. Explore our campuses – take a look around all of our campuses and get a feel for campus life. 
  3. Accommodation Tours - view our on-campus accommodation to see where you could be living. 
  4. Uni Life Fair - One-to-one chats with  our experts in Finance, Admissions, Disability & Dyslexia and Study Abroad. 
  5. Personal statement drop-in - Get one-to-one feedback from a University advisor on your UCAS Personal Statement.

St John’s Campus 

Postcode: WR2 6AJ

Parking: You can park in any of our car parks for free on the day – no need to use the pay-and-display machines.

City Campus

Postcode: WR1 3AS

Parking: The closest public car park to the City Campus is Cattlemarket Car Park. There are a number of parking sites across the city centre. You can also park for free at our Severn Campus and take the short walk over to the City Campus.

Severn Campus

Postcode: WR2 5JN

Parking: You can park in any of our car parks for free on the day – no need to use the pay-and-display machines.

Please note - all our course specific talks will be available online only, but our lecturers will be available throughout the day to answer any questions you may have about the course.

Open Day FAQs

Who can I speak to on the day?

Academics from your chosen course will be available to speak to at locations on campus. These will all be clearly signposted.  You can also speak to teams from Student Services, Finance, Admissions and the Students’ Union. Some lecture rooms and course specific facilities will be open for you to view. 

How long will the Open Day last?

The Open day is running from 10am-3pm. 

What type of accommodation will I be able to see?

You will be able to see five types of accommodation, Traditional, Standard, Standard Plus, En-Suite and En-Suite Extra. Viewings will be carefully managed and will be one group at a time.  

You will be asked to look around the rooms by yourself and accompanied guests. Accommodation staff will be on hand outside each location to answer any questions you may have.

Will refreshments be available?

We are providing free tea and coffee. 

Food outlets will also be open where you can purchase other items of food and drink. 

Do I need to wear a face covering?

We recommend wearing  a face covering when entering an indoor space.
