Associate Staff

Associate Staff

Associate Staff are not employees of the University but instead are individuals who are given the title in order to represent the University and able to:

  • Use a University email address
  • Access to University systems (such as a log-in for computers and access to shared folders)
  • Use University library systems
  • Be issued a staff card for access to buildings on Campus

If you wish to request an individual is given Associate Staff status then you will need to complete the form below and send to your manager, with a brief explanation of the business need for Associate Staff status.

To be given system access, Associate Staff will also need to read and agree to the terms of the University ICT Security policy, which can be downloaded below.

Associate Staff will be created with an end date, at which point they will be removed from the system and lose their access.
