University to Hold Open Events this Weekend

Prospective students will get the chance to visit and explore the University of Worcester at the Open Weekend event this Saturday and Sunday.

The University will be opening its doors to hundreds of people, giving them the opportunity to find out what it is like to be a student in Worcester.

Between 10am and 3pm on Saturday and Sunday, the University will be open for prospective students to attend talks and presentations, tour the facilities, meet current students and staff, and explore the City of Worcester itself.

Key talks will run at the St Johnís Campus throughout the weekend, giving visitors the opportunity to tailor their day in order to get the most out of their visit to Worcester.

This may including touring the Hive Ė the multi-award winning joint University and public library situated right in the heart of the city; visiting the new Riverside campus, which includes the 2,000-seat University Arena; exploring the stunning, recently-refurbished City Campus; or viewing some of the many on-campus accommodation options offered by the University.
