As a part-time Departmental Administrator in the Institute of Humanities and Creative Arts, my role includes general administration and support for the students and staff of the Institute, with special responsibility for: ·

  • Drama & Performance
  • Film Studies
  • Creative Digital Media
  • Digital Film Production
  • Screenwriting

My specific responsibilities also include collection and maintenance of insurance details relating to companies providing work placements for the Institute’s students.


My main interests outside work are theatre, classical music, literature, baking and knitting. I am a co-founder of the University of Worcester Craft Group which meets 11.30am-1.30pm every Thursday  in the Multi-Faith Chaplaincy in Bredon Building (BB 178).


I am a chartered librarian, with a BA in Librarianship and Russian (University of Brighton) and a postgraduate Diploma in Computing and Computers (Open University), and I worked for many years in the software industry, specialising in library and information systems, before joining the staff of IHCA in 2013.
