The Worcester Business School is delighted to announce the launch of the Momentum project supporting the growth of the regional economy by partnering with local businesses to support the progression of first-degree graduates into postgraduate education.
The scheme, funded by HEFCE and local business partners, will lead to the creation of work placements for up to 30 graduates with local businesses and offer premises and mentoring support for a further 10 graduate business start-ups based in premises at the University’s City Campus.
We are now taking applications from interested businesses able to offer a one-year paid work placement and high calibre graduates alike. Applications from first-degree graduates from all backgrounds and disciplines who hold, or are predicted to achieve, at least a 2:1 degree or higher, may apply to undertake a 2-year part-time postgraduate programme leading to an Executive MBA in Leadership and Management delivered at Worcester Business School.
Professor Geoffrey Elliot, Director of Strategic Partnerships at the University of Worcester, says “This is a new and exciting opportunity to gain a prestigious business qualification whilst doing paid work, and without incurring any tuition fees.”
