Role Summary

Carol provides administrative support to the team within the Centre for Early Childhood which is delivering Early Years initial teacher training (EYITT), and particularly to the Course Leader. This is a complex programme which offers a variety of routes to candidates, each with different administrative and financial requirements.

Carol is the central point of contact for enquiries, staff, students and a range of external organisations, and is responsible for ensuring the efficient management of all administration relating to the EYITT programme, as well as making significant contributions to the management of programme quality. Responsibilities also include financial management, as well as data collection and reporting.

Bi-Lingual Diploma in Secretarial Studies (German)

Diploma in Management

Certificate in Personnel Practice

Has also undertaken training in:

· Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access and Outlook

· Interviewing skills

· Effective appraisal techniques

· Quality control

· Business management
