Simon is a marketing and communications consultant who has added over £150 million of value to organisations in the public and private sectors by developing and implementing strategies that recruit and retain customers, increase employee engagement, and enhance relationships with key stakeholders and the media to develop an organisation's reputation.
Over the last 11 years Simon has worked in the private (Rolls-Royce) and public (Leicestershire Police, HM Prison Service and The Electoral Commission) sectors developing and delivering successful marketing communications campaigns.
Simon's particular expertise is in the use of direct and digital marketing (which includes social media), PR and Internal Communications. He also has significant Crisis Communications experience.
As well as consultancy and teaching Simon writes technology features for the Rolls-Royce magazine.
