Thomas’ main research interests are the engagement and autonomy of athletes within coaching pedagogy, the role of self-narrative on athlete learning, research methods and person-centred coaching. His PhD examines ‘The Role of Self-Narrative on Athlete Self-Regulated Learning’.
His supervisors are Dr Don Vinson and Dr Andy Cale.
