Role Summary

Lottie provides professional administrative support for the PGCE Primary course and PA support to the Head of Department for Primary Education.

Lottie is first point of contact for all internal and external contacts, staff and students, and is responsible for ensuring the efficient management of administration relating to the PGCE Primary course.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lottie provides professional administrative support for the Primary PGCE course, which includes:

  • Acting as first point of contact for internal and external contacts.
  • Working closely with course and module leads to ensure the efficient delivery of the courses.
  • Liaising with the Admissions Department to enable to efficient interviewing and enrolment of students.
  • Working closely with the Timetabling Department as a Timetabling Rep for Primary Education.
  • Inputting key course information into SOLE.
  • Taking minutes of department and course meetings.
  • Maintaining course records and databases.
  • Providing advice and guidance to students.

Lottie also provides PA support to the Head of Department for Primary Education.
