Conference Fee:

Early bird £30 on bookings made before 31st April 2021 17:00 GMT

Standard rate: £50

What this fee includes:

• The online environment will open for a month, from Monday 7th June until Friday 2nd July 2021, with early access for delegates and speakers to familiarise themselves with the environment.
• Sessions will be delivered live on the day 10th June 09:00-16:00 GMT and recorded for retrospective viewing.
• There will be a ‘virtual networking lounge’ to encourage networking pre- and post-conference and discussion forums relating to each conference theme
• A poster carousel for early viewing of posters  

Programme

The programme will be delivered entirely online through the our Online Learning Environment. It will include live presentations in the virtual classroom, live chat rooms, asynchronous discussion forums and links to a variety of resources. Once registered you will be sent login details.

Parallel sessions

There will be two ‘virtual rooms’ for each set of parallel sessions and you can choose which one to attend. All presentations will be recorded for you to watch retrospectively. The exact presentations for each parallel session will be confirmed nearer the time but examples of subject matter can be found on the CCNA conference pages.

Posters

We have a range of really interesting posters that will be made available for you to view during the conference. We are asking poster presenters to also either present their poster live (these will be 5 minute slots) or to record a 5-10 minute video or audio that will be made available alongside their poster to delegates. There will be an opportunity to meet with poster presenters on the day, and also to engage in discussion with them asynchronously through the discussion forums that will be available after the conference until the end of June.

Open forum discussions

These are an opportunity to meet with other delegates in one of four live chat rooms. Each room will be facilitated by a representative from the group and will discuss issues that have been raised in the asynchronous discussion forums. For more information please visit the CCNA conference pages.

Virtual Drinks and Closing Ceremony

At the end of the day we will meet to thank the speakers, presenters, conference faculty and technical support team and will draw the day to a close with a virtual drinks ceremony.
