The University of Worcester manages the West Midlands STEM Ambassador Hub contract and the STEM Club Champions contract on behalf of STEM Learning.
STEM Learning is the largest provider of STEM education and careers support to schools, colleges and other groups working with young people across the UK.
Our aim is to support the development of a world-leading STEM education for all young people in the UK.
We work with schools, youth organisations, employers and a range of partner organisations in the following Local Authorities in the region:
We want to inspire the next generation to have a love for STEM. We aim to do this by mobilising the talent and passion of our diverse local STEM Ambassador population. They are all keen to help promote an interest and curiosity in STEM, increase STEM knowledge and develop STEM skills.
Our STEM Ambassadors work in a wide range of STEM related careers and have the ability to provide current information about the world of work. They can add a human perspective by providing real stories and bring meaning and relevance to learning about topics or jobs.
All STEM Ambassadors have an enhanced DBS check to enable them to work with young people.
All staff are currently working from home. Please email us if you have any questions. firstname.lastname@example.org
