Severn Campus Facilities

 

On the banks of the river and a short walk from our St John's and City Campuses is our Severn Campus.

This state-of-the-art development is home to the University of Worcester Arena, along with modern study facilities, dance studios and performance analysis suites at the Riverside Building.

Riverside

The University of Worcester Riverside exterior

The Riverside Centre provides specialised space for the University’s work in Sport, Performance and Dance. It also has a social learning/internet space for students called the Learning Exchange - one of many places to study on our campuses. There are PCs, laptop charging spots, a coffee shop, student meeting room, and wireless network access.

Elizabeth Garrett Anderson

 

The Elizabeth Garrett Anderson building

Home to the university’s Three Counties Medical School and a hub for other health and wellbeing courses, the Elizabeth Garrett Anderson building is a specialist facility for educating health professionals. Named after the first woman to qualify as a surgeon in the UK, the building features a specialist anatomy skills room with high fidelity models for visualisation of anatomy, pathology, and physiology. It also houses a suite of simulated GP’s surgery consultation rooms, a range of seminar rooms, a large open-plan learning space, and a café.
