With over 1,000 single-occupancy rooms across our campuses, we offer contemporary accommodation to suit a variety of budgets and needs. Your safety and comfort are our priority, and all university-managed halls operate 24-hour security, 24-hour emergency maintenance, free contents insurance, and cleaning of communal areas. Wired and wireless internet access, utility costs, and free gym membership are also included.
Your place guaranteed.
If you’re applying to be a first year undergraduate student and accept a conditional or unconditional offer as your first choice by 1 May and apply for accommodation before 31 May, you are guaranteed a place in our University-managed accommodation.
Places are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis, so the earlier you reply the better your chance of securing your first-choice of accommodation.
