WCPAS IX is delighted to offer the following accommodation opportunities to delegates:

Platinum Plus Accommodation at St John's Campus
£42 per person per night (including VAT) on a bed & breakfast basis

Situated on the same campus as the congress itself, this new high standard accommodation includes en suite rooms, including large, shared kitchen and dining areas, while the study bedrooms are light, airy, spacious and fully furnished in a contemporary style and you'll find flat-screen TVs in the communal areas. Breakfast will be served in the St John's Campus dining room.

Platinum Plus Accommodation at City Campus
£40 per person per night (including VAT) on a bed & breakfast basis

A 20-minute walk from the St John's Campus, this new high standard accommodation includes 177 en suite rooms spread across Bishop Bosel and Chancellor. The City Campus is close to Foregate Street railway station and the city centre. All rooms have large, shared kitchen and dining areas, while the study bedrooms are light, airy, spacious and fully furnished in a contemporary style and you'll find flat-screen TVs in the communal areas. Breakfast will be served in the City Campus dining room.

Platinum Accommodation
£34 per person per night (including VAT) on a bed & breakfast basis

Opened in September 2008, Sansome is a 25-minute walk to the St John's campus, a 5-minute walk from City Campus and is close to Foregate Street railway station and the city centre. It has 82 single study en suite bedrooms, arranged into ten flats over five floors. Flat sizes range from 8-10 people. Each flat has a large, shared, fully fitted kitchen and dining area with appliances (including washing machine and dryer), pots, pans and cutlery. There's CCTV protection, storage for bikes and all rooms have
high-speed internet. Breakfast will be a cold continental breakfast pack delivered to the room.


The University would also like to offer delegates the opportunity to extend their stay & make use of the accommodation as a base from where to commute to the many regional and national venues of the London 2012 Olympic Games. Please contact conferencing@worc.ac.uk for more information.


Cancellations:

For cancellation requests made in writing to sportsoffice@worc.ac.uk before 1600 hrs (GMT) on the 29th June 2012 the fee will be:

Registration: £85
Accommodation: 10% of the total accommodation cost paid at the time of booking

All cancellation requests received after this date will receive no refund.
