Participant Registration fee includes: e-copy of the book of abstracts, attendance at all sessions, coffee breaks, lunches and evening social programme (including the Congress Buffet).

Accompanying person fee includes: coffee breaks, lunches and evening social programme (including Congress Buffet). It does not include entrance to any scientific or formal sessions (Opening, keynotes, oral, poster and close)

Entry to all sessions will be through registration badge display only.

Cancellations:

For cancellation requests made in writing to sportsoffice@worc.ac.uk before 1600 hrs (GMT) on the 29th June 2012 the fee will be:

Registration: £85
Accommodation: 10% of the total accommodation cost paid at the time of booking

All cancellation requests received after this date will receive no refund.
