Nursery
Unitots Nursery at the University of Worcester
The Nursery is located on the University of Worcester campus. It is self contained and has a large outdoor area. We are able to use the University facilities such as the library, gym and sports centre and regularly have walks around the campus.
The Nursery is registered with Ofsted to provide care and education for 36 children aged from 3 months to 5 years. For the latest Ofsted report click here.
There are currently 15 staff working at the Nursery, 8 full time and 7 part time.
We are open Monday to Friday 8am-6pm, 51 weeks of the year (excluding Bank Holidays, University holidays and staff training days).
Booking Arrangements
There is a waiting list in operation and it is important to register early, as places are offered in order of the date received. If you are allocated a place you will be invited into the Nursery to complete registration documents and arrange induction sessions for your child.
Students and hourly paid staff book in advance for a semester with a minimum booking period of 3 hours at any one time.
Staff and community users book from a choice of sessions for the year and may book a maximum of 4 weeks holiday a year with a reduction in fees.
All bookings remain in effect until a month’s written notice is given to cancel a place.
