The University of Worcester is fully committed to ensuring equal opportunities and to promoting racial equality across all areas of the organisation. To view the latest policy documents, click on the links on the left.
The University welcomes disabled students and recognises the requirement for additional support and resources.
Our dedicated Disability & Dyslexia Service is fully staffed by experienced professionals who cater for a wide range of needs, offering support to students on an individual basis.
The Disability & Dyslexia Service provides advice and support for students who have mental health difficulties, dyslexia, sensory or physical impairments and other difficulties. There is a dedicated Assistant Disability Coordinator for students with sensory impairments. We can also offer advice on access technology such as voice recognition and text-to-speech software. Much of the support provided is funded through the Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA).
