Make yourself at home

Halls of Residence are the perfect place to fully embrace university life and quickly make new friends.

We offer Halls options to suit every budget and need, from Bronze at £73 per week to the £121 per week Platinum Plus. All tenancies run for a standard term of 41 weeks although we will accommodate students for longer if their course demands. Free gym membership is included. You can apply for accommodation, no matter where you live. Contact us on 01905 855300 for more information.

Bronze
£73 per week
In addition to the standard benefits, Bronze accommodation offers you a single study bedroom complete with washbasin. You will have the use of shared bathroom facilities and a fully featured kitchen. A large shared common room is also available. Bronze accommodation is based in Chandler Hall, part of the St John's Student Village on our St John’s           Campus.

Silver
£90 per week
In addition to the standard benefits, Silver accommodation offers you a single study bedroom in a flat with three or five other students. Each flat includes a shared kitchen/lounge area, bathroom, shower room with toilet, plus a separate toilet. Silver accommodation is based in Avon and Ledbury Hall, part of the St John's Student Village on our St John’s Campus.

Gold
£95 per week
In addition to the standard benefits, Gold accommodation offers you a single study bedroom complete with wash basin in a flat with three or five other students. Each flat includes a shared kitchen/lounge area and two shower rooms with toilets. Gold accommodation is based in several halls, which are part of the St John's Student Village on our St John’s Campus.

Platinum - St John's Campus
£106 per week
In addition to the standard benefits, Platinum accommodation on the St John's Campus offers you a single ensuite study room, including shower, wash basin and toilet facilities, in a flat with five or six other students. Each flat includes a shared kitchen/lounge area. Platinum accommodation is based in several halls, which are part of the St John's Student Village on our St John’s Campus.

Platinum - City Centre
£106 per week
In addition to the standard benefits, city-centre Platinum accommodation offers you a single ensuite study bedroom in a flat in the new Sansome Hall. Located in the centre of Worcester, close to all the city’s great attractions and Foregate Street station, you will also have access to Sansome Halls’ excellent kitchen and lounge facilities.

 

Platinum Plus - St John's Campus
£121 per week
These new halls on the St John's Campus offer you ensuite accommodation finished to the highest standards. Each flat has a large, shared kitchen and dining area, while the study bedrooms are light, airy, spacious and fully furnished in a contemporary style. You'll find flat screen TVs in the communal areas and the TV licence for the TV in the communal area is included in the cost.

Platinum Plus - City Centre
£121 per week
New halls in the City Centre which offer you ensuite accommodation finished to the highest standards. Each flat has a large, shared kitchen and dining area, while the study bedrooms are light, airy, spacious and fully furnished in a contemporary style. You'll also find flat screen TVs in the communal areas.
 
Other Halls

Fern Hall for postgraduate students
£95 - £100 per week
This exclusive development for postgraduate students consists of three five-bedroom houses and one three-bedroom house with off-road parking and is situated adjacent to the St John's Campus, allowing residents to take full advantage of the University's facilities.

 

The houses have one ensuite bedroom per property, bathroom and separate toilet and shower and a fully fitted kitchen/dining room. All study bedrooms have high-speed internet connections.

All halls are non-smoking.

A bedding pack consisting of a duvet, duvet cover, pillow, pillow case and fitted sheet is included in the cost of your accommodation.

Cleaning materials, bin bags and toilet rolls are also provided for all on-campus Halls of Residence.
