There are a wide range of campus accommodation choices, shown below.
Platinum Plus
Setting a new high standard in student living, these brand new Halls include 182 en suite rooms. All have large, shared ktichen and dining areas, while the study bedrooms are light, airy, spacious and fully furnished in a contemporary style and you'll find flat screen TVs in the communal areas.
Built in September 2009 these halls, named Elizabeth Barrett Browning and A E Housman Halls offer the highest standards of student accommodation.
Platinum
St John's En Suite £106 per week
Want your own bathroom? This is a great choice. Our two St John's en suite Halls have six flats over three floors, each made up of six or seven study bedrooms.
Each room has an en suite bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet. Four rooms are adapted for wheelchair use.
Gold Accommodation
Gold Standard, £95 per week
There are 252 rooms available, spread accross the Malvern, Wulfstan, Berrow, Anerdine, Abberley, Windrush, Teme and Sarah Siddons halls.
Each of the St John's Gold Standard Halls has four or six flats over two or three floors, with six study bedrooms. There are two toilet/ shower rooms per flat and each bedroom has a washbasin.
Silver Accommodation
St John's Avon and Ledbury £90 per week
Together Avon and Ledbury have 34 flats over three floors, each with four or six study bedrooms. Each flat has a shared kitchen and a lounge area. There's a bathroom, shower room with toilet and another toilet in each flat.
Silver accommodation is part of the St John's Student Village on our St John’s Campus.
Bronze accommodation
St John's Chandler £73 per week
A brilliant option if you want to keep costs down. Three-storey Chandler has 54 single study bedrooms and six rooms with a shared study area. These rooms are allocated to students of the same sex.
All rooms have a washbasin. Groups of 8-10 students share a kitchen, two bathrooms and toilet facilities
All halls benefit from excellent facilities
Free internet access; no extra charges for gas, electricity and water; compliance with the Universities UK Code of Practice for the Management of Student Accommodation; 24-hour security; welfare support; 24-hour emergency maintenance; contents insurance; free bedding pack; facilities for self catering; and recycling facilities. Gym membership is also free for Halls residents.
All halls are non-smoking. Cleaning materials, bin bags and toilet rolls are also provided for all on-campus Halls of Residence.
