Flexible Working
The University remains committed to supporting staff to achieve a positive work-life balance, and continues to develop its family friendly policies which can assist staff with caring responsibilities.
The University offers a range of flexible working practices: flexitime; annualised and compressed hours; job share - where the duties can be divided practically between two people -, and will support temporary or permanent changes to the working arrangements wherever reasonably practicable. Any requests for such changes should be raised with your immediate line manger initially; further advice is available from the Personnel Department.
