Q. Where do I access details of support available from Information and Learning Services?ILS has a range of useful webpages, including Student Support, Staff Support and Resources for Study. You may be particularly interested in the Referencing information and the Learning at a Distance information.
Q. Where can I find information about course development?

Q. How do I enter marks via ETM?
This is done via the staff SOLE page. You will need a SOLE log-in to access the page - if you do not have a log-in please email your network ID (e.g. BLOJ1) to solehelp@worc.ac.uk and a SOLE account will be created for you. If you are a registered lecturer or administrator but do not have a network ID please complete the Request for Use of IT Facilities form on the ILS webpages.

Q. Where can I find information about the PGCert in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education?
Information can be found through the Academic Development and Practice Unit, or alternatively contact Flo at e.floisand@worc.ac.uk. All Registered Lecturers are eligible for fee waiver on this course.
