There are currently two screens on Henwick Campus which can be used for displaying information. These are located in the reception area in the main building. ILS has the responsibility for uploading content to be displayed on these screens - if you want to send content to be displayed, please email helpdesk@worc.ac.uk

What Can Be Displayed?
The screens can be used for advertising events, displaying University information such as sports team results and module / course information, general announcements such as service opening hours etc.

Digital Signage Dos and Don'ts

Don’t use too much text, keep it brief and to the point. Remember people will only see your slide for a few seconds.

Do use pictures, this will make your content more eye catching.

Don’t use clip art - this can look amateurish. A better option would be to use a photo bank. We suggest http://www.morguefile.com/  - simply search for the picture you want and download it.

Do use the Arial font, it is easy to read.

Do use the PowerPoint template, it’s in a widescreen format and is setup especially for the screens.
