Procedures for Submitting Work
Procedures for Submitting Work
Work can be submitted using hard or electronic copy.
Hard copy (paper copy)
Hard copy can be left at the staff collection points in Hines (ground floor foyer) and Peirson (at ICT desk). There are paper print request forms available at both points.
To help workflow, please complete one form per job and attach this to the original. We accept larger files on disks and USBs if you wish.
Electronic copy (Word files, PDFs, etc)
Your file can be sent via email, with an electronic copy of the print request form to print@worc.ac.uk. The electronic print request form is in the document section below.
To help workflow, please complete one form per file and attach this to your email.
Please note that any print request should have either your module code or your staff code noted on the print request form.
How long does it take and how is work returned?
In normal circumstances work will be delivered back to you by Print staff within three days, using the delivery address you have entered on the request form. This depends on the volume requested and the time of year.
