Data Projector & Laptop Booking

The University has invested heavily in fixed media equipment for use in lecture rooms. As more rooms have fixed equipment installed, we ask you that you consider booking them in the first instance, before you request delivery of a laptop and data projector, especially in the case of evening and weekend lectures.

You can use a web form for all data projector, laptop and DVD/video bookings. This is now the preferred way for you to book this type of equipment and you may be directed to use it by an ILS technician. The form can be found at https://secure.worc.ac.uk/ebooking/

ILS understand that a fixed equipment lecture rooms will not always be available, and some fixed equipment rooms may not meet your requirements. In this instance, ILS will support your needs by providing mobile equipment.

For advice and help on how to use the fixed equipment, use the customer portal. We will then arrange a one-to-one session on how our fixed lecterns operate.
