Information and Learning Services seeks to provide quality services and systems that are aligned to the University's business needs. Continuous service improvement is integral to all service planning and delivery and is a central goal of all of our staff. ILS staff are the key to achieving this and priority is given to the ongoing development of all staff to ensure the delivery of quality services.

To ensure that we are delivering the services that our users want in the best and most efficient way:
