Information Literacy
Information Literacy
ILS provides the following support for researchers in finding and managing information.
For basic guidance on using print and electronic resources, please ask library staff on the first floor of the Peirson Building.
You can contact your Academic Liaison Librarian directly for in-depth assistance and to make an appointment. The ILS Subject Homepages, written by the Academic Liaison Librarians are a good starting point when searching for information.
Rachel Johnson, Research Librarian (01905 542093, r.johnson@worc.ac.uk) also supports researchers, including in the use of the Research Collections.

RefWorks
RefWorks is a bibliographic management tool. It allows you to add references from catalogues and databases, which you can then organise into folders you create. You can then use your own personal database of references to cite within your assignments, and let RefWorks’ ‘Write-n-Cite’ tool create your bibliography for you. For further information, consult the RefWorks guide.
