The aim of this Handbook is to lead you - whether you are research student or research supervisor - through the research degree process: from enrolment to examination and all stages in between and indeed after. There will be particular focus on the key stages of this process: registration (RDB1); transfer/mid-point monitoring (RDB2); and examination (RDB3). There will also be information on research training, on how progress and development is monitored and recorded, on the entitlements and responsibilities of both student and supervisor and on other key issues relating to undertaking and supervising an MPhil or PhD at the University of Worcester.At the back of the handbook you will find a list of useful contacts and a list of weblinks to documents and forms referred to throughout this Guide.
