PowerPoint

Microsoft PowerPoint is one of the most popular tools for presenting course and lecture materials at the University. There are many different ways of fully utilising the many templates and add-ons which are available to produce the most meaningful and engaging learning experience.

PowerPoint cannot only be used to present text and static diagrams, but can display interactive content, quizzes and video files.

Staff can contact the LTTU for advice on how best to present their material, or for guidance and training on how to most effectively use or re-task existing resources in PowerPoint format. 

We can also give training on how to integrate PowerPoint with our popular e-learning tools such as our personal response voting system, screen recording and podcasting software. The resulting presentations can then be added to Blackboard or Release for distribution to students or other staff members.
