Articulate Studio 09

The Articulate Studio includes four powerful tools to enable tutors to design and create effective and interactive learning materials.

Articulate Presenter
This tool makes it easy to add narration as well as interactive elements to PowerPoint slides. All files can be saved in the popular Adobe Flash, Word CD and Podcast formats, and allow animated annotations, embedded video and graphics within a presentation.

A basic introduction and overview can be found here

Articulate Quizmaker
Quizmaker can be used to create Flash based quizzes, assessments and surveys. Question pools can be randomised, and objects, video and audio can be used as resources for questions. Interaction through drag and drop questions and hot spots can also be used to promote student engagement. Feedback and quiz results can be presented to students, and quizzes themselves can be integrated within Articulate Presenter.

Articulate Engage
Engage enables tutors to produce interactive Flash diagrams which can be used within Articulate Presenter. Each diagram can be set to clearly show multiple steps in a process, and include text, images and sound to present information to learners in a way which aims to maximise interaction and understanding through the relationships in the diagram.

Articulate Video Encoder
The Articulate video encoder makes it possible to convert many different video formats into a Flash file which can be used in the rest of Articulate Studio 2009. Video can be converted completely, or in part, and cropped and adjusted as necessary before being used.
