Primary Measures of Performance (KPIs)

The University's Board of Governors has considered material in the CUC report on 'The Monitoring of Institutional Performance and the Use of Key Performance Indicators' (Nov 2006) and 'The Implementation of Key Performance Indicators - Case Study Experiences' (June 2008).

As a result the Board of Governors has approved an approach which is clearly rooted in the institution's Strategic Plan and based on a series of Quantitative and Qualitative Measures.

Primary Measures have been established in all sections of the University's Strategic Plan and these are set out in the document below 'Primary Measures' The Board of Governors receives regular reports on the Primary Measures of Performance and these are posted below.
