Nigel has led successful church primary schools and is now a consultant and Southwest Regional network facilitator for the Church of England’s Foundation for Educational Leadership.
Sara is an education consultant and a Registered Inspector with Ofsted and Local Authority Adviser. She has held a range of leadership roles in various settings.
Ralph has led primary schools and is now a School Improvement Advisor. Ralph believes in leadership which has at its heart, professional relationships that encourage, support and enhance what everyone as an individual can contribute to the whole.
Steve is an education consultant and has held posts as Secondary Director of a Multi-Academy Trust and Teaching School, Executive Principal and Principal. He has held a range of leadership roles in various settings.
After retiring from successful primary headship Annette has been instrumental in developing the successful Worcester School Improvement Programme in Stoke on Trent. Annette is a fully trained Navigator to deliver the Compass for Life programme to adults and children.
Tracey leads initiatives that focus on developing education system leadership and school effectiveness at University of Worcester. She has had senior leadership roles in secondary schools, worked for a Local Authority, been a Registered Inspector with Ofsted and led strategic school improvement programmes.
Ed is a Headteacher with over 20 years of values-led primary school leadership experience. Ed has been involved in the delivery of national programmes such as NPQH and NPQSL as well as being a LLE. Ed has been involved in school improvement work with the University of Worcester as a facilitator and as strategic lead.
Across his many years as a primary Headteacher, Peter has delivered workshops and facilitated learning conversations within his own school and across local networks of schools. He believes that developing leadership roles across all levels within a school is the prime route to school improvement.
Tracey O’Keefe Pullan
Tracey currently leads two schools within a Multi Academy trust and is an Ofsted Inspector. She has undertaken support for Headteacher colleagues on behalf of the Diocese of Worcester, for the local authority and Babcock Prime.
Julie is a Primary Headteacher and a recognised consultant for her work in the area of Values-based Education. Julie is regarded as “an inspirational speaker” and contributes to the student conferences at UW.
Paul had a varied pathway to Primary Headship with experience as an ICT advisor for Somerset County Council and involvement in school improvement work with the University of Worcester.
Julia is a leadership consultant and has been involved with NPQH across the whole of the South West of England, with the NCTL as an accredited coach and facilitator. She holds qualifications in counselling and coaching.
