I work as a GP at the Corbett Medical Practice for half the week and in the University for the other half. I am seconded to health Education England looking at 21st Century Workforce in primary care, and work as academic program lead on the post CCT urgent and Acute Care fellowship which runs in the East, West midlands, 3 London deaneries and Kent Surrey and Sussex deaneries. Before I came to the university my research and consultancy was on clinical leadership nationally and internationally. I enjoy teaching and particularly enjoy looking at Evidence Based Practice and research methodology.
