I have a joint role with Worcestershire County Council and University of Worcester. At the council, I work as the Principal Social Worker for Adults. My role is to lead and oversee good social work practice. I lecturer on the BA(Hons) Practice Realities course, supporting students to prepare for Social Work employment.

Prior to this role, I worked as an Assistant Team Manager in Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council. I predominantly worked with adults in the community.

I look forward to supporting students with an understanding of the skills needed for current Social Work practice.
