Entry Requirements
Course Length – and the Option of Part-time Study
Full-time students normally study for three years on our Honours degree programme and for two years on our Higher National Diploma and Foundation degree courses. Our flexible Undergraduate Modular Scheme also makes part-time study an option.
Eligibility for Courses
There are a number of ways in which you can qualify to come and study at the University of Worcester. Whilst many applicants will have passed academic examinations, we also consider applicants with few or no formal qualifications. If you can demonstrate motivation and ability, we would like to hear from you. Contact Admissions on 01905 855111.
General Entry Requirements
The minimum entry requirementsfor students seeking entry to degree courses are set out for each type of course -- see items in the left hand column. Please see the individual course entries for any additional requirements. If you are unsure about what you need to enter any course, please contact Admissions for advice.
The University of Worcester welcomes measures that seek to offer greater flexibility and breadth of study. Our entry requirements respond to the wider range of qualifications being offered by candidates. We recognise that not all providers of post-16 education will be able to offer the same degree of flexibility and choice. No applicant will be penalised if they are not able to offer certificated AS Levels or Key Skills qualifications.
