Therefore being employable means that you have the ability to find  and successfully apply for the job or course you are interested in, and also that you can make good career decisions and plans throughout your life. 

Employers often tell us that although they value a good degree, they also want to see graduates who have undertaken work experience, and who have developed the abilities to become self-motivated and effective employees.
